Approved for NAR Fair Housing Requirement. This 2-hour Fair Housing CE course provides an in-depth understanding of the Fair Housing Act and its critical role in the real estate profession. The course covers the history, key provisions, and protected classes under the Act, with a focus on how to identify and prevent discriminatory practices in real estate transactions. Agents will learn how to promote fair and equitable treatment for all clients, ensuring compliance with federal and state fair housing laws, while fostering diversity and inclusion within their business practices.

This course is in-person but will also be offered as a Zoom course as well. If you would like to attend through Zoom, select that option during registration.

  ATTENDANCE POLICY:  Any registrant arriving more than 10 minutes after the seminar begins will not be issued a certificate of completion. Any registrant who does not stay for the entire seminar or who takes excessive breaks will not be issued a certificate of completion. CANCELLATIONS, TRANSFERS & REFUNDS:  Deadline to cancel or transfer registrations is two working days prior to the event. After deadline, no refunds will be given. COURSE CANCELLATION: GGAR reserves the right to cancel a course if there is not a minimum number of students. If an emergency warrants the rescheduling of a course, all possible care will be taken to advise you as soon as possible and monies will be refunded to registrants.
