CE - Elective - Real Estate Ethics

This 2.5-hour Ethics continuing education course for real estate agents is designed to fulfill both the SC RE Commission's CE requirements and the NAR mandatory Ethics training. All Realtors must complete 2.5 hours of Ethics training every 3 years. Our comprehensive course will guide agents through key ethical standards, including the NAR Code of Ethics, ethical decision-making, and handling conflicts in real estate transactions.

This course is in-person but will also be offered as a Zoom course as well. If you would like to attend through Zoom, select that option during registration.

 ATTENDANCE POLICY: Any registrant arriving more than 10 minutes after the seminar begins will not be issued a certificate of completion. Any registrant who does not stay for the entire seminar or who takes excessive breaks will not be issued a certificate of completion. CANCELLATIONS, TRANSFERS & REFUNDS: Deadline to cancel or transfer registrations is two working days prior to the event. After deadline, no refunds will be given. COURSE CANCELLATION: GGAR reserves the right to cancel a course if there is not a minimum number of students. If an emergency warrants the rescheduling of a course, all possible care will be taken to advise you as soon as possible and monies will be refunded to registrants.
