Virtual - Course A: Basics of SC Law and Buyer Agency - South Carolina Buyer Agent Training Series
This is the first part of a two-part course provided by SC REALTORS. This course is a look back at the basics of buyer agency and how SC law impacts its practice. Starting with the required paperwork for disclosure and documentation, it flows through buyer client selection, a basic buyer agency presentation, discussions regarding commitments and responsibilities of the buyer client, and the buyer agency agreement.
