You have worked hard to obtain your SC Real Estate License but now it is time to understand the laws when it comes to writing a SC contract. The 4-hour Contracts course will assist agents in the understanding and practicality of writing and explaining SC contract. Agents will also learn which disclosures are required by law and which disclosures are optional. This course will cover topics such as new CE requirements, Transaction Brokerage, Advanced Licensing and much more. After attending this course you will not be confused on on your future mandatory requirements. Forms keep changing and even if you are a seasoned agent, this course will be useful to learn about the changes that have be made to forms recently.

ATTENDANCE POLICY:  Any registrant arriving more than 10 minutes after the seminar begins will not be issued a certificate of completion. Any registrant who does not stay for the entire seminar or who takes excessive breaks will not be issued a certificate of completion. CANCELLATIONS, TRANSFERS & REFUNDS:  Deadline to cancel or transfer registrations is two working days prior to the event. After deadline, no refunds will be given. COURSE CANCELLATION: GGAR reserves the right to cancel a course if there is not a minimum number of students. If an emergency warrants the rescheduling of a course, all possible care will be taken to advise you as soon as possible and monies will be refunded to registrants.
