GGAR Policy
The Greater Greenville Association of REALTORS® (GGAR) is comprised of over 3,100 members involved in all aspects of the real estate industry in the counties of Greenville, Pickens and Laurens. The issues that are important to our membership involve the overall "Quality of Life" in the three county areas and the state. The issues that we watch include, but are not limited to: homeownership rights, growth controls, affordable housing, private property regulations, environmental preservation and economic vitality.

GGAR Quality of Life Agenda
This is the GGAR Quality of Life Agenda that all legislative issues are "tied" back to and that GGAR attempts to promote in the community. Quality of life is at the heart of the legislative advocacy program at GGAR because if we can enhance the quality of life in our area then it will have a direct influence on a strong real estate industry in our community.
