Please join James V. Hall from Freddie Mac to learn about their Affordable Product Solutions – Home Possible, HomeOne and HFA Advantage.  You will learn about the background of Freddie Mac and their role in the mortgage process in partnering with REALTOR Organizations and Housing Finance Agencies.  An outline of the mortgage ecosystem that makes the journey to homeownership possible for homebuyers will be presented along with current market data trends that can help identify business growth opportunities for agents.  Freddie Mac has a series of tools and resources available to help agents grow their business that they can utilize in their day-to-day activities that will be helpful in prepping first time homebuyers and resources that can help future homebuyers become mortgage-ready through financial literacy courses such as our Credit Smart course and Homebuyer U course. Both are free. In addition agents can also become a certified trainer in Credit Smart and utilize this to do consumer education in their local communities.  Freddie Mac’s partnership with Housing Finance Agencies will also be discussed, and Claude Spurlock from SC Housing will present their programs and services available to real estate professionals.
